Ready to level up your floorwork game? In this class we will learn how to move on the floor in a way that looks effortless and feels good for the body and joints! We will explore silky smooth waves and sharp hits while playing with transitions including getting on and off the ground. All levels of movers are welcome to join and modifications will be available as needed. Footwear can be heels or socks, knee pads are required!

Dahlia Fatale is an internationally travelling burlesque performer, contortionist, producer and instructor with over 15 years of experience and several titles including Best Debut at the Burlesque Hall of Fame. She has taught at burlesque retreats in New Orleans and St. Louis, been a feature instructor at BurlyCon and regularly teaches highly sought after classes at Velvet and Chrome in Chicago. As a teacher, Dahlia brings together a unique perspective built on movement study, circus training and anatomy education (yes, she's touched muscles from the inside) to curate classes with movement that is accessible and fun for all humans.
