Let's face it, performing can be unpredictable at times! Between our nerves, unfamiliar staging conditions, technical difficulties, costume malfunctions, it's almost a sure thing that sh!t's going to go wrong eventually, just a matter of when.
During this workshop, we'll talk about the importance of recovering after the unexpected happens, as well as ways to prepare yourself for such an occasion. The audience is on your side and wants you to succeed, and the best part of an on-stage blunder is nailing the recovery!
The second half of the workshop we will be doing some basic choreography and then throwing some chaos in there so you can apply what you've learned.
Feel free to bring costume pieces and/or dance heels you'd like to practice in!
